I am sure it's a contributing factor. The legislative process that was used to pass it was anything but transparent or fair. The State Legislature's general resistance to any transparency isn't helping either.

There are no private accounts on Bluesky. The best you can do is change your moderation settings to discourage anyone who's not logged in from seeing your posts, but even that doesn't have to be honored by outside apps. Please be aware everything you say on this site is public by design.
To my knowledge, you can’t control who can see your replies, but you can control who sees your original posts. I am selective with what I post and what I say in replies so that I can control what can/can’t be seen. This is the internet, so we would be wise to measure our words.
