I’ll always hold a special place for the game we worked on at Hardsuit - it was certainly rough around the edges, and probably an over-ambitious project for a small, green studio - but it also had a ton of personality poured into every bit of it, and a lot of characters I fell in love with… 2/3

I love how she revisits the series throughout her life and career and is so willing to change or complicate its themes and ideas about power/who gets to be a protagonist.

Despite everything it was a joy to work on that game - those folks were really talented, and the playtests were a blast. I wish it had had more of a tail post launch just to show off some of the weirder stuff that was coming down the pipe for maps and characters. The concept art folks were coooking!
