"Busy" is fundamentally cancerous word that is so common with software folks. Very few understands busy is not effective or productive.

In my experience, It’s rarely engineering decision to go with single region, finance or executives on top takes the decision and ignore architecture or engineering recommendations to go multi-az or multi region or test for resiliency. They should be held accountable for incidents.

If you have calculators, you still need to verify results on your own. I don’t understand how good people with brain just rely on AI summaries for anything and everything. It doesn’t make sense to me. Meetings scribes are fine but insights are always personal chemistry. Don’t turn off your brain.

Bury your agentic ai so deep that your end user can’t see it. Naive, overzealous companies are keeping it at surface for blind marketing depts. customers should *experience* the magic not brainwashed into your marketing garbage.
