Wolf’s Cave Nebula (LDN 1217 / vdB 152) captured on two nights a couple of weeks ago 😊🔭

This was shot on the EdgeHD 8 with Hyperstar for a total integration time of about 8.5 hours. I combined OSC and mono Ha data for this image.

Beautiful Image, Bernd!
Nice stars and a beautiful color palette make it rich in discoveries from edge to edge 🤩
LDN 1165 captured on two nights a couple of weeks ago 😊🔭

This was shot on the EdgeHD 8 with Hyperstar for a total integration time of 7 hours in OSC and Mono. I used the mono Ha data to enhance the red and the luminance details.

Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) taken on 19 October from the roof of our garage at 135 mm focal length (stack of 192 10s-subs). Despite thin clouds and streetlights between the comet and me, the gas & dust tails are clearly visible in different colors. Brings back memories of Hale-Bopp #astrophotography

Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) in the early hours of 3 October, captured through the C8 with an ASI294mc and additionally with a Nikon D5600 and a Tamron 70-200 at a focal length of 130 mm. The #comet was also nice to observe visually and will hopefully brighten significantly. #astrophotography

Amazing! The name ist quite apt. One can see all the delicious bits an pieces 🫠
Glad you had clear night in France to capture this.
LDN 1251 The Rotten Fish Nebula captured from my dark site in southern France this month 🇫🇷 😊🔭

This was shot on the EdgeHD 8 with Hyperstar for a total integration time of about 4 hours using an OSC cam with just the UV/IR-Cut filter.

Weil done! Your new camera seems to keep you up an out. Looking forward to your next projects as the nights keep getting longer 🔭
The Snowglobe Nebula (NGC6781) is a beautiful and rather bright planetary nebula in the constellation Aquila. It is also visually a nice object. In August, I photographed it with an ASI294mc Pro through my C8 with a total exposure time of 5 hours. #astrophotography

That is an amazing image, Bernd! Congratulations 👏 58h is well beyond my longest integration time and really pays off in [OIII]. Definitely an inspiration to go deeper the next time I get the chance, too.
WR 134 captured from my patio on 14 nights in July & August 😊🔭

This nebula around the star WR 134 was shot on the EdgeHD 8 for a total integration time of 58 h in mono with Ha and OIII narrowband filters and merged with RGB stars.

After two months of clouds, I finally got to spend a few nights under the stars again 😀🧪🔭✨

Messier 81 or Bode’s Nebula would be a little smaller than the moon and about half as tall, if it was bright enough. Right above is our youngest companion galaxy, the dwarf galaxy Holmberg IX.

Fantastic, Andreas. The structures are great! I particularly like the blue star formation areas. It's nice that you opted for a subtle colour palette 🤩 🧪🔭
