Astrology is about studying correlations, not effects. No one said Saturn is the one causing the disappointment.

Also, the Barnum Effect cannot explain correct predictions of objectively verifiable events. Astrology is not and has never been limited to delineating personality/character.

close, but not close enough:

mercury is always within one sign of the sun, if it’s not in the same
sign.

an aries can have a pisces mercury, an aries mercury, or a taurus mercury

this would present itself as someone who is one way (sun) but thinks and interacts on another way (mercury)
