Ok so my brain is mush and I‘m not really able to formulate the difference between, let‘s say, 1H ruler in the 10H vs 10H ruler in the 1H. Yeah, career and self are somehow related, but what‘s the nature of this connection in these two different scenarios? Can anybody put this into words please

It’s a good episode! My wife is an Aquarius rising with a Leo sun and I’m a Leo rising with Saturn trine my sun and this really gets into the qualities of the signs!

I've seen people work with disabled people or prominent disability advocates themselves have exalted planets, and that makes sense because accessibility is marketed as restful and, therefore, luxurious. But accessibility, much like exalted planets, carries a certain gravity and often extra work.

im not sure if any other working astrologers experience the same thing, but sometimes i get empathy fatigue. caring deeply about other people is very rewarding, purposeful, and important for me. this is when you schedule self care into your timetable....time to refill the cup

this is a complicated question bc after years of toil, writer’s block and inner critic, my writing practice is now very simple. i would say 1) i forced myself to write daily horoscopes for a year so done was more impt than perfect and 2) i was always meant to be a writer, its the natal promise 💅
how do you motivate yourself to write and do so consistently?!?! 😭😭 i’m always so impressed w your output!! also- your favorite star/planet combo!!!???

i think we all kind of practice a form of alchemy by studying astrology, and ultimately transforming ourselves, transmuting the soul into a higher version

okay this is crazy, so the Pelican is a very known symbol for Jesus Christ, obviously I went to go check what planet rules this animal, and Al-Biruni says Jupiter rules birds with straight beaks!!! so fun!!! Jesus is very Jupiter!!!

honestly, ik we have this debate every couple months about sex & scorpio, but ultimately i do think they're connected via alchemy. the Rosarium Philosophorum (1550) is a great example of this story of transmutation, and many of the allegories of union in these 15th.cn. texts allege to sexual union
