[W4 D1] pretty disastrous peak week, but having hugely disappointing peak weeks has been an unfortunately consistent trend with the last few blocks. mentally wasn’t all there as a result. started off strong with a 3 rep squat PR with no hip pain or anything, W there [177.5 kg x 3]
