I took ONE hit off a joint (that I provided! that I got as a gift for catsitting for a friend!) at this group bonfire and near immediately went mute cause I was zonked so bad.

I, apparently, mildly concerned the acquaintances I had just made, but in my defense: the fire was dancing real purdy.

Was out in Oakland in 2022 and made a trek over to the SF Chinatown to look for their own statue. Wandered back/forth before realizing it was on top of this parking garage.

The lead-up to it was nice (a little green space with benches), but the sorta mundanity made the reality of it hit harder.

And vehicular accounting.

An aside: I can’t believe this mutual forgot to inform me of their lactose intolerance. Bitch, why did you let me make you an entire-ass tiramisu????
