The First rule of Funkit Chess is when your opponent takes one of your pieces, they can tell you what to do with it. rules and additional context in the alt text alongside the descriptions.

A soda can is in the middle of the playing field, an inch or so taller than the pawns, and short in comparison to the queen, which is half again its height. The queen is taller than the king in my set, because that makes sense. She's a big tough lady! Also it makes old chess dudes upset, an unintended but hilarious side effect.
