Hell, when I worked retail the store copies of receipts had enough info that I could probably have committed plenty of fraud with other people's credit cards. Giving over information to pay for something necessarily makes you vulnerable if there's a bad actor along the way.

And not necessarily in a good way. Sometimes in interesting ways, but mostly in uncomfortable, horny, and uncomfortably horny ways.
I have not touched the other stuff but have never heard anything that entices me to want to read them. They sound like they miss the point drastically.

And it's not hard to find legal statutes making that exception; age of consent is actually on a graduated scale in more than a few places.
