Don't forget folks: allowing yourself a vision of the future you'd want for our country and planet - not the one you'd settle for, not the one you fear, but the future of your dreams - isn't naive, it's a vital cognitive skill. That's how we articulate what we most value. What's worth fighting for.
Instead of whatever this is, we should have a government getting lots of new homes and apartments built, lots of clean energy built, lots of high speed rail and transit and bike lanes built, human rights for everyone, economic & healthcare opportunities for all, & innovation that leads the world.

Only Mike Pence would call his organization Advancing American Freedom, and not America Advancing Freedom, which could be shortened to America AF.

The missed opportunity says much.

The Rob and Michele Reiner movie will star Scott Adsit and Pamela Adlon.

I can excuse the racism, sexism, kleptocracy, extrajudicial killings, ethno-nationalism, and fascism, but I draw the line at disparaging Rob Reiner.

88% of Trump voters in 2024 were white, yet somehow it was minorities that "powered" Trump's election?
And note the article fails to mention how few those votes were, but only mentions approval rating among minorities regardless of how they voted.
Trump is a white people problem.

The minority voters who powered Trump to a second term are drifting away
Extended conversations with Black, Latino and Asian American voters who cast ballots for Trump in 2024 showed mixed feelings about the president and their votes.

I don't think I've ever been happy to hear of someone getting arrested on drugs charges - until now.

Thank you, Jack Doherty, for bringing a chuckle to a dreary day.

Shut it down.

Trump thinks "affordability" is a new word Democrats made up.

That tells you all you need to know about how out of touch he is.

Dictionary-dot-com’s Word of the Year is "67".

This is very good news! Because that means the phrase is now officially dead.

Rachel S.—a U.S. citizen—was beaten unconscious by unlawfully masked ICE agents simply for getting out of her car at Home Depot.

She was then taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital—only to later be forcefully removed against her will.

We are demanding an investigation.

I don't know why they skipped having a controversy in 2024. But it's pretty clear, CB is just playing y'all.

Wonder what "outage" they'll gin up next year.

Saying "toxic masculinity" is like saying "criminal Black people"

It's not saying all black people are criminal. It's saying there's an element of criminality among Black people, and *that's* the problem.

Except no one world ever say it that way.

Center the problem by saying, "masculine toxicity"
