It does seem most of us are 4/5 days a week - with a mix of pacing .. with a long run at the weekend.. the main thing is.. we just keep moving 👍

I do like 3 days then a ‘rest’ day - the rest day is always a gym day though… or an hour out on my bike, the main thing is - an active rest day 👍
