Y'know, there's a version of an AI virtual assistant, that given enough time to bake properly in development before being exposed to the public, would actually be pretty revolutionary.

Instead in the race to be first we got the completely broken glue pizza, teen suicide grooming, lie machine.

I saw the trailer for Marty Supreme last night and while I think on a basic level that yes, any subject can be made interesting the right film, I also spent the entire trailer saying "sorry movie, you'll never convince ping pong is cool or important."

The depressing reality is a majority of the politically motivated fake AI propaganda videos aren't even motivated by political ideology.

It's just that ragebait equals engagement and engagement equals income. It's a business.

We're being propagandized to for capitalism.

Not every movie needs a big glossy “the art of” book. There’s probably a Norbit art book out there somewhere.

Has anyone ever made a trilogy of films with such an impeccable hit ratio as Rian Johnson’s Benoit Blanc series?

Not Coppola’s Godfather. Not Lucas’ Star Wars. Not the Wachowski’s Matrix. Not Nolan’s Batman.

Seeing Wake Up, Dead Man in a couple hours and my biggest concern is if the film is going to address that The Glass Onion had Jeremy Renner’s Hot Sauce and this movie has Jeremy Renner playing a character who is not Jeremy Renner in a world that already has Jeremy Renner.

When someone asks "is he dead yet?" the fact that everyone knows who "he" is and it's not you means you're winning at life.

But it's not a cult.
REPORTER: There are people upset with the president, believing the National Guard members shouldn't have been there

PIRRO: I don't even wanna talk about whether they should've been there. We ought to kiss the ground and thank God that the president said it's time to bring in more law enforcement

Kill Bill director Quentin Tarantino has said The Hunger Games "ripped off" Battle Royale, and expressed surprise that the Japanese writer of the cult classic original didn’t sue The Hunger Games author Suzanne Collins. https://bit.ly/44fDUkf

I can't wait for this bubble to finally burst so we can see all these zombies wandering around like their purpose and ability to function has vanished from the universe.
Is this platform still massively against AI or has it moved more towards acceptance?

I don't actually believe that these people believe vaccines are fiction. They know they're deliberately causing harm by cutting off health care from people and letting illness run rampant.

My only conclusion can be that this is a deliberate culling since it's the poorest that will suffer the most.

You know the Tomb Raider animated show is good because Reddit despises it.

People keep asking me questions about my memo already answered by my memo.
In the memo, “Nvidia also responds to claims that the ‘current situation is analogous to historical accounting frauds (Enron, WorldCom, Lucent) that featured vendor financing and SPVs [special purpose vehicles.)’”

Coke looked at the overwhelming visceral disgust to the AI slop Christmas ad from last year and said "let's absolutely do that again this year!"

Corporations ragebaiting their customers for engagement is absolutely a thing.

Yippie-ki-yay, Charlie Brown.
Hey... I'm sorry about Venom, Charlie Brown.

We lost Udo Kier today and there's just too many movies to mention, but the one that completely sticks in my brain and is one of his (forgive me) gutsiest roles was John Carpenter's Cigarette Burns.
