Despite the rhetoric, you do not "save" or "improve" institutions like Medicaid, NIH, Medicare, Veterans Affairs, CDC, IRS, Indian Health Service, etc. by cutting their budgets. The oligarchy's only goal is to destroy public systems to multiply yet more private profits.

As a medical anthropologist, I’ve done HIV prevention work for nearly 3 decades. Absolutely done in that a university would ask me to remove that from a bio - specifically re: queer health - for fear of running afoul of the thought police/ loss of $. Dark times.
