I don't make the rules or anything but I do think a demonstration of understanding & considering shit like the paradox of tolerance (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paradox...) should be required when making decisions about moderation.

Back when my comic's forums were active, there was a guy who was a super active poster but consistently hostile and insulting towards me and my work and thought he was safe bc he wasn't technically breaking any rules. Until eventually I realized I could just kick him out bc I didn't like him lol
