I won't discourage anyone taking a stand for us, but slinging debates and arguments around on bigoted platforms where people have their own echo chamber to back them up and no incentive to see anything but their own point of view isn't going to change any minds and I just don't wanna anymore.

As a trans woman, many of my frustrations with how I’m perceived come down to being simultaneously regarded as a hyper-queer freak who’s barely human AND a regressive conformist with no liberating imagination.
