The gap widened in D-FW due to several factors, according to housing market researchers.

A record number of new apartments have opened to renters, keeping rents flat.
The gap between house and apartment rents in D-FW has never been bigger

Our next president will have to be technologically competent, at least , in order for us to sustain our place in the world.

This will become increasingly obvious over the next 4 years as AI gets more powerful

This isn’t necessarily bad. Truly. Done right, we will be a better, more equal society

NBA marketing is embarrassing. It's like they hired 3 agencies and a team of MBAs and had them pitch to a committee that has been there 25 years.

If you have zero education, but learn how to ask AI models the right questions , in many jobs you will be able to outperform someone with an advanced degree, but who is unwilling to use Large Language Models.

Just takes a smartphone, curiosity to experiment and a mindset to learn.

Spot on. Ai is all about learning to ask the right question. Try Perplexity and Claude. Free apps and online. I asked Perplexity to combine six versions of a recipe into the best recipe—and it added an ingredient to improve on all six. 😳

Someone who is entry level at any white collar job and wants to move up. Someone who works at a start up and there are concepts they haven't been exposed to before

Or in my case, make an argument for and against co-pay maximizers. I had no idea what they were when I first heard of them
Can you give an example of an industry or job where you think this is the case? I work in ad tech and I can tell you that LLMa can be helpful but are by no means a replacement for experience.

I don’t care how many cases against him get dropped, delayed or buried. He’s guilty as sin and the whole world knows it.

Just wonderful writing on the 60 Minutes piece on President aMusk dismantling of USAID

"The world's richest man cut off aid for the world's poorest people."

Well done.
