Someone mentioned the stellar idea of putting cracked green cardamom pods and cinnamon sticks in your brewing liquid for hot chocolate.
However, if only cardamom is available, it is very pleasant in hot water on its own. I have it often as my lazy tisane on cold days. One can chew the pods, too.

“Canal Boat Diaries” is an excellent choice when you need slow, scenic television to calm down before bedtime. Highest drama points are mainly weeds mucking up the propeller.
Episodes are about 20 minutes each. It started in 2019 but is new to me!

Currently, there is a growing discussion about a group of people in nazi uniforms that went to a restaurant to dine in Massachusetts, U.S.A.
