It's Trans Day of Remembrance, if things had gone slightly differently I wouldn't be here right now. There were years that a day didn't go by when I didn't think about ending it all.
I'm one of the lucky ones. We didn't all make it. We owe it to those who didn't, to keep living, to keep fighting.

New shoes! I've never tried bar lacing before and I think they turned out pretty cool! I've been loving wine red/maroon a lot lately and the color on these makes me really happy.

I've been thinking about names lately. When I first started my transition I figured I wouldn't change my name because my birth name is already traditionally feminine but some friends have been calling me by a new name as sort of a trial and it makes me really happy.

One of the weirdest parts of transitioning has been deconstructing parts of my personality and interests that were built up as a defense mechanism. Turns out when you repress parts of yourself for long enough you start to think the repression is the real part instead of the things being repressed.

I started HRT in February and noticed some breast development in June, did the measurements and came out to a 40B. Felt sort of quick but not bad.
I've been rolling with that measurement for 4 months. Just measured again and I'm up to a 40C.
I guess my body REALLY likes estrogen...

I may have to start sleeping on my side. The new... Additions are making it slightly uncomfortable/painful to sleep on my stomach, at least while they're growing.

On the one hand I know a government shutdown would makes things harder for a lot of people, but if the Dems end up capitulating I may end up losing access to life saving healthcare. I hate being a political football. I just want to live my life.

Finished my first non Warhammer model kit! Somehow those stickers stress me out more than painting an entire model.
Also I just started watching my first Gundam series and I'm eyeing some of the kits from that show... I might be cooked.

Just completed my first playthrough of Silksong. Managed to get the true ending. That was the hypest shit imaginable. I'm so glad I didn't have it spoiled for me.

I REALLY hate to ask for help, but due to a failed freelancer gig and then getting sick right after, I lost alot of possible income and could use some fast aid for bills.
I plan to jump back on commissions ASAP tomorrow, but I could use any funds if you can offer any.
