As someone that literally has a MSc on the subject, I need ppl to stop correlating DEI to « giving jobs to Black ppl ». 😭

DEI is about making programs and spaces more inclusive. Parental leave, tax brackets, jobs for veterans, flexible schedule, closed captions, elevators — all of this is DEI.

My community is a safe place for all, except bigots and other people who have their head shoved so far up their ass it’s darker than the night itself.

I’ll be here regardless if people try to silence the others like me.
