This veterinarian, Toni Barnes in Flagstaff, Arizona, was placed on probation by the Arizona vet board last week, for a violation that harmed a different animal, this time a dog named Zach. I am thankful that the board sanctioned Barnes in that case, though it failed to do so in Greta’s case. (1/2)
