Also, the word “pimp” is racialized & does not align w/the federal statistics of the majority of sex traffickers being white men & people known to the survivor.

“Paying for sex with an underage girl” means paying a pimp so you can rape a child who is being sexually trafficked. Making these things sound less bad only benefits rapists.
