Something that makes me happy as a chef is posting the food I cook. Even if I don't work in the industry anymore it's not something that ever leaves you. 😁 made this large volume low cal fritatta that turned out amazing! Just over 1000 cal for the entire pan. 🍽 #goodeats

Reflecting on the last few months has been quite humbling. I am quite happy I have been able to stick to this lifestyle change I have been on, and I am looking forward to continuing to have this change be a permanent part of my life. It will be nice however when I don't have to track everything 😆

Now that Movember is over, it's time to start regrowing my beard 😆 day 2 (technically 4 cause I stopped shaving on the 29th of November.. and yes I have a bacon and egg sweater too 🤣)

I am excited to see how this new social media experience pans out! 💪 like most people I disliked X, I have had my Twitter account since 2007 (even before Facebook) and didn't even really use the service. All my friends used FB or Nex so it never worked out for me. Hoping this will be better 😶
