Those are some upsides, but there are a lot of downsides as well the average person doesn't see. I mostly meant the food system is messed up, and it contributes to the poor health cycle. 😔

Yes! I am guilty as well (being a canadian) In the last few months been doing a lot better though, have snuck in the odd treat & had idgaf days. Canada is just as bad as the US even if we have good healthcare coverage. It's a business the gov pays for in our case & taxes us to pay for it for "free"

Found these cute little mushrooms on a hike during the summer. Apparently they are not very common but looked really cool
