So I'm training a new guy, again (trainee number 8 this year for my area, my job is so good at keeping people around) and someone asked if I was training my replacement.
My response was "if I crash out and quit, I would not be training my replacement. I'd be on the news"

Does not help that I've out lasted 15 techs in my area in 5 years and they are currently hiring the people they wouldn't hire 5 years ago
