Also, if you're taking antibiotics for any reason, take them with a cup of active-culture yogurt! It'll fend off any stomach pain. Azithromycin is particular is hard on the gut.
And for a cough, drink lots of pineapple juice. The bromelin is antibacterial and works better than Mucinex. :)
