I almost forgot! This is the new member of our family. Her name is Sammy (I call her Sam I Am). We adopted her in memoriam of Charlie. Sammy is an Australian Kelpie and the biggest snuggle bug. We got her from the ARL. ❤️

I always have kept a journal but I really went nuts with it in 2009 when I stumbled on an internet challenge where the goal was to keep just ONE paper journal a year.
I blow past that goal every year. I usually have 4 or 5 by the time it's over, haha.
