I’d guess a few hundred people down at ICE in portland, OR. Lots of signs & musical instruments and some people are marching in small circles as others chant. FPS LRAD keeps making announcements, I can’t make it out over the crowds voices but I think it’s the usual “keep the driveway clear” message.
