In 2024, four women held four-star ranks in the military — the highest levels of the armed forces. Only 10 women have held the highest rank in their military branches in history. Now, there are none.

It is not "likely: that we have most legacy testing data. It is a proven and objective point. over 1000 tests, many with advanced diagnostics. Lab directors have publicly stated we know more about nuclear weapons now then when we conducted explosive testing.

U.S. has the most powerful computers in the world and the most powerful laser facility in the world (NIF). And, likely the most legacy testing data. U.S. loses these advantages by opening the door to more testing.

All this is true, but the argument probably serves to validate the Project 2025 approach to nuclear issues (testing, waste, etc.) in the minds of many in the incoming administration.

However they may be receptive to arguments for the unique and world-leading capabilities of the SSMP.
