Evening out with old colleagues for a fantastic curry

Work is entirely a function to get me paid, but it's made bareable by some of the folk you work with.

Much as I like a fancy breakfast from a cafe, sometimes nothing hits like fried eggs on toast using eggs from your own hens.

Bloomin perfect.

One downside of being off work ill is daytime TV.

Turning the TV in, Jeremy Vine's show is on.

Before I'd had time to change channel I wanted to reach through the screen and down the phone line to punch the caller.

30 seconds of the most misinformed, misunderstood horseshit opinion.

Holy shit

The "don't have an extra kid if you can't afford it" brigade get awfully upset when you suggest they don't stay in their £2m house if they can't afford it, don't they?

The underpayment of carers is the shame of a modern society
While the Carers Allowance Overpayment scandal is obviously incredibly important, it's also worth paying attention to the bigger picture.

Carer's Allowance is £4331.60 a year and requires you to provide at least 35 hours of care (most do more).

Minimum wage for 35 hours is £20,512.80 a year.

Reform is a party that says things that appeal to racists, fields racist candidates, fawns over racist world leaders, made a convicted racist guest of honour at their conference, and whose leader refuses to outright deny having racially abused people.

If only there were a word for such a party.

Are you enjoying the new Mighty Nein animated series? If so, welcome to the Dwendalian Empire! I created this map for Matthew Mercer who presented this to the cast in Ep 4 of the original campaign! This is where the adventure begins!
