For 150 years they wanted a ballroom with bullet-proof glass and a drone-free roof.
It's a massive job and it's a tiny fraction of that number

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the completion of their appointed rounds sometime after the date inscribed, but that date does not necessarily align with the date the Postal Service first accepted possession of the item.

Just go up to the counter and get a manual meter on the ballot or other time sensitive material. (Or buy metered postage.) The USPS has advised that for decades and I've always done it. In Alaska, where items can be stuck due to weather in a local post office for days, it is very very common.

Someone who wields State-authorized force must be readily & reliably individually identifiable
The authorization they operate under must also be readily & reliably presented to the public
The individual should be identified with an identifier uniquely recognized by a publicly available registry

Changpeng Zhao ("CZ") is rumored to have put $2B across to have access for a pardon.
Such people are not evaluating P&L on these transactions.

He desperately wants to be considered a peer player by Putin, who is Trump's role model
Trump can spot con artists because he is one, but he has never developed successful competitive enterprise skills.
Money, a functioning semi-criminal enterprise structure, connections: given to him at birth

I think if you asked a phlebotomist, a nurse, or a doctor they would all tell you this is simply the result of having frequent insertions of IV needles
The reasons for the IV are not apparent from the perturbations made by the IV

I am not a football fan.
I have no idea who is involved here,
But, that is an amazing instant.
Humans can do that!

Fortunately you have a follower named Don Moynihan who supports your campaign.
I would call this "Moynihan's Recursive Discourse Law"
