Josh Blackman: You can discriminate against politically unpopular groups without a constitutional problem, unless you cannot constitutionally discriminate against unpopular groups.

Glad we cleared that up.
josh blackman contends that the equal protection clause allows discrimination against unpopular groups out of pure animus. I’ll just observe that the Court did not need Justice Kennedy to reach the opposite conclusion generations ago.

Every time this stuff happens, my thought process begins to consider what kind of justice will be required in 3 years for these people.
ICE agents in Chicago violently detain a non verbal autistic man for being “non compliant”

He couldn’t “comply” because of his disability…they don’t care

This is not the first time they’ve gone after a disabled person

They target the most vulnerable because it’s an easy way to meet their quota
