The Lolita Podcast is one of the best. A limited series and, yes, a narrow focus, but really shows what a literary podcast can be.

Not quite true, he had already published three novels by the time he was in the hospital (The Malayan Trilogy), but his diagnosis did inspire him to write five novels in a year, including A Clockwork Orange.
