Now DEWR is implying welfare cops get people jobs! Wild! Given that we know the vast majority of people who are forced into compulsory activities find a job *in spite of* providers, rather because they helped.

Small correction- it was not JC who skipped the previous Estimates but Tony Connolly (Chair of Academic Board who sits on Council) who has since stated that he (TC) was told not to go by the VC’s office and JC was asked to say that no one from Council was available to attend.
