Maybe it’s the cptsd or I’m a light sleeper….because of it, sleeping with earplugs in have made me sleep a lot better!

People in my town are such damn Karens I swear! There’s some sort of city legislation about barking dogs and people keeping chickens. What are they going to do? Ask dogs not to bark and roosters not to crow!? All my neighbors have dogs and they bark all morning when I’m trying to sleep. Idfc!!
