A thing about that Third Way list that's bugging me is that there are some words/phrases on there that don't have close alternatives or synonyms, so if you can't say the word then you have to stop discussing the issue entirely

what if we addressed predatory banking fees or explored options like postal banking instead of pointing people to an even more predatory shadow financial system

I haven't seen a single "we have to understand the concerns of Trump voters" take reckons with the fact that a huge percentage of their concerns are based on false information. You cannot "address" a concern about a fake thing!
