I use a Zyliss analog mini-chop because it gives me so much control over speed and how fine I chop with it. Besides, it’s kind of fun to pull the string, LOL.

Completely agree. It’s safer from burns, your soup/sauce doesn’t cool as much, it’s easier to clean, and it’s significantly smaller from a storage perspective. Fantastic small appliance.

I love mine and also cook. I also use a mixer, immersion blender, food processor, dishwasher, etc. Tools are great!

Sometimes it’s also where a couple get a dog and immediately separate. Happens all the time with the puppy rescue that I volunteer for.
