Trump has named Charles Kushner, father of Jared Kushner, as ambassador to France. The elder Kushner once pleaded guilty to tax evasion and making illegal campaign contributions. Trump pardoned him in 2020.

Saw a bookseller weigh in on this topic and I had to share; epic fantasy as a genre in the current marketplace:
1) Traditional epic fantasy (coming of age, "farmboy fantasy," stuff in the vein of Tolkien/Robert Jordan/Brandon Sanderson) is a saturated market.

This has been their business model for years. What they do in the book publishing industry is hard to swallow.
