Today’s tiny act of resistance is taking a break from being furious with him to appreciate that he’s using the recess to bring some respectful support and attention to Ukraine 🇺🇦

Tomorrow, we go back to the regularly scheduled frustration and daily begging for action.
The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv and I met with wounded Ukrainian veterans and the dedicated medical staff who are working around the clock to treat them. I am deeply moved by their courage and the sacrifices they've made to protect their country. I will be praying for their ongoing recoveries.

Agreed.
Seems like everyone should be pointing out on social media what a weak, pathetic president he is if he lets the president of El Salvador walk all over him like this.

I have heard about this possibility, hence my post here seeking sources earlier today. If you’re at one of the firms considering this and you’re involved or heard about it and uncomfortable with it or angry about it, talk with me via Signal: crg.32

Very pleased with today’s act of service and resistance- hooked up my local Indivisible chapter with a LEO who provides citizens with training on situational awareness, deescalation strategies, and event planning safety, and got him to agree to volunteer his time to work with them. 🥂

I cannot overstate the importance of reading books, particularly novels by respected authors, for critical thinking skills and reading comprehension. If the big gun novelists don't interest you, start small and work your way up. Or read whatever interests you. Just read. Or listen. It's all books.

Someday…
Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA):

"I'm writing to the White House to demand who knew in advance that the President was going to, once again, flip flop on tariffs. And are people cashing in? There is just all too much opportunity for people in the White House and the administration to be insider trading"

Your wallet is being cleaned out by expert pickpockets. This is criminal. Literally criminal. I call for an IMMEDIATE investigation into who knew what, when, and what they did with the info. You can bet the Admin and many here in DC are considerably richer tonight than they were this morning.

Today’s tiny act of resistance- Listening to Uncle George on this and rereading “They Called Us Enemy” tonight
If you think this can’t happen, remember that of the 125,000 Japanese Americans who were interned during WWII for years without charge or trial, two-thirds were U.S. citizens. Including me.
