Killing unarmed civilians is a violation of the Geneva Convention and our own Uniform Code of Military Justice. Lieutenants Calley was convicted of doing just that in My Lai. Trump is doing it in the Caribbean.

This is an abomination. Hegseth should be ashamed. He is not qualified to have this, or any, power in our government. Mark Kelly is a decorated veteran who continues to serve his country with honor. His wife was almost killed by political violence, and they still serve.

I wonder if this could be construed as knowing what they're doing is illegal. If you're upset people are saying "don't follow illegal orders" because people might stop listening to you, doesn't that show that you know your orders are (and will be) illegal?
