So now I have an "F" on my passport and my driver's license. When historians look at government records centuries from now, they will think I was a woman. This is what it means to be made invisible, to have your history stolen from you.

Everyone should be aware of the line that has been crossed in the Trump trans military EO.
No longer is this about "evidence," "science" or "protecting kids."
Now, explicitly, black and white, it's about trans people being "liars," "dishonorable," "false."

It will not be retroactive.
Very glad I and others encouraged people to get their passports in the lead up to Trump’s inauguration.
Now hopefully this EO is defeated in court.

Listening to a press call with @aclu.org and @lambdalegal.bsky.social right now, and the big takeaway: The trans executive order is not immediately enforceable. As federal agencies try to make rules enforcing this order, ACLU and Lambda plan to sue based on the rules, ways those rules are made, etc

@padilla.senate.gov as one of the 2.8 million #LGBTQ ppl in CA, I want to know why you decided to throw trans children under the bus w/ your NDAA vote today? the GOP won't stop there – they'll add anti-LGBTQ+ provisions to future legislation. if you don't have our backs, then you don't have my vote.
