Our first ride to school in the new bike! This little lady is obsessed- I got back with it late last night (dad let her stay up lol) and she was very upset that we couldn’t ride all around the neighborhood, so this morning was very, very exciting! #urbanarrow

I pick her up tomorrow- it’s a 5 hour drive from Colorado Springs to Santa Fe but I’m ecstatic. The only thing missing is a rain cover- any suggestions on where to order from? I don’t have a dealer close to me 😬

The happiest little hiker! We had to turn back due to an incoming snowstorm but she did fantastic. Turns out all that Outdoor Boys has sunk in!

In honor of the current viral video game mom, here is me doing VoG in Destiny 2 with my sleeping 9 day old baby. Cuddles during sleep cycles and enjoying a favorite hobby really helped me stay sane.

It took me a minute to realize the reason this little alleyway winery was so delightful is because it’s completely insulated from all of the chaos that is downtown Denver traffic.

Even though the front of this ice cream place is a car-centric hellscape the back way is a fun ride almost exactly a mile from our front door. There is no bike parking 🙃

We spend so much more time together as a family now that we’ve embraced bicycles. My little cargo e-bike (radrunner 2!) makes it all feel approachable and lighthearted. It’s a real boon here in Colorado where we’ve got tons of hills and even more exceptionally fit, serious athletes.

The days are still hot, but the morning sun rides are getting a bit crisp. This worked surprisingly well.
