Hi, I’m in PharmD class of 2029. I needed to set nutritional goals for myself and this elective was perfect! I’m curious to learn about a nutritious and balanced diet while staying in a calorie deficit. To me healthy eating means nutritious. I love rice with black beans! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
