I also looked into it and studied a bit about the keto diet. It seems like it can be beneficial for some, but you really need to be careful with the types of fats you consume. #beh353

Hi Hina! I am also curious to learn about what food is actually healthy and what isn’t and I also strongly believe that healthy eating means balance. It is a perfect word to use. I also love lasagna!! #beh353
