Far-UVC light (222 nm) kills airborne bacteria in indoor spaces, reducing pathogens by up to 99.5%—even with low ventilation. Tested at room scale, it works fast & effectively. A game-changer for infection control in schools, hospitals, offices. Let’s deploy this tech!

This is probably one of the BEST articles I've read regarding Covid.

It's long, but worth your time.

I wear seatbelts in cars, bike helmet when I ride, screen on sunny days. And I wear a mask when indoors with those I don’t live with.

You can find Olivia Belknap’s website, which has wonderful tips here: www.oliviabelknaptherapy.com/covid-resour...

In speaking with managers of buildings I frequent where CO2 concentrations >2,000 ppm are not uncommon, I am invariably dismissed by the bldg mgr simply stating that the bldg meets code.
I urge engineers to lobby governments to update building codes.
Big picture: widespread agreement that ventilation rates are too low and not designed for health, big benefits by raising the flow. Great to see movement. And, really, just going back to what we knew 150 years ago...

I have a question. I always supported good #journalism but now feel I'm at a cross roads. Until recently I got the WaPo and the NYT. I watch PBS News and listen to NPR. All are at risk for either oligarch influence or funding shortfalls. BBC news is also biased. Any leads on good journalism?

Remember that NO administration can control the effects of climate change or even pandemics once they have spread uncontrolled. Effects of either of those two could force their hands.
