Great sitcom recurrers: was watching “The Great North” (RIP) and Mr. Golovkin voiced by Paul F. Tompkins is an incredible drop-in character. He is nearly always a straight-man to the main cast’s antics so he doesn’t so much “tell jokes” yet gets incredible humor and pathos from every line reading.
