Wanna know a great way to take the wind out of Dani’s sails?

She’s so obviously trying to distract from the allegations of widespread corruption in her government.

Don’t let her.

The fight we face is with President Trump, not Ottawa, and certainly not each other.

Danielle Smith is dividing our country and picking fights in a moment that calls for national unity.

Fun bit of history ... Pierre Poilievre & Jenni Byrne hold Stockwell Day's grandchild to pose as an Alberta family in an ad to nominate Ezra Levant "for the Canadian Alliance in Calgary Southwest in CBC footage from 2002".
Levant stepped aside to allow Stephen Harper to run in the riding. #cdnpoli

As kids in schools across Alberta are learning in schools that aren’t properly cleaned because Smith won’t pay a living wage…

She’ll be speaking at an org that Wikipedia says “has been accused of promoting fascism, racism, sexism & anti-LGBT politics.”

Beyond crushing. Nature released a study a little while ago proving these policies increase suicide attempts among trans kids — and lawmakers pursue them anyways.

Cruel beyond comprehension. I am so sorry this is happening.
In a new lawsuit filed against Trump by state AGs, a family with a trans kid shares she died by suicide last month citing fears Trump would deny her access to gender-affirming care. "Her parents have expressed fear...that what happened to their daughter does not happen to other children."

Four days it took her to say anything. And then she says … she will do nothing.

Not good enough. Her own office is implicated. The investigation can’t be delivered to the people being investigated. How dumb does she think Albertans are? /1

This is the same Exxon that internally recognised that recycling most of the plastic it produced was not technically or economically feasible.

(It helped fund plastics industry lobby groups that gaslit the public into thinking they were responsible for plastic pollution by not recycling enough.)
"In 1994, an Exxon employee warned staffers at the American Plastics Council that they did not “want paper floating around” saying they could not meet recycling goals, since the issue was “highly sensitive politically.” (9/n)
Big oil’s big deception: That plastics are recyclable
Plastic pollution is everywhere. We eat it. We drink it.  We breathe it. It is on the summit of Mount Everest and at the bottom of the oceans. Not only is it in human breast milk, but, accordi…
