I don’t think anyone is out there making money on vaccines never mind receiving "huge bonuses."
If profit was the motive, there would certainly be more money to be made in treating the complications of preventable diseases than in preventing them.

Limiting COVID-19 vaccines to a small subset of children with previously diagnosed high-risk conditions means that a vast majority of kids will no longer have access to vaccines early in life, which is when, they need them most.
