Cheap Trick, Blondie and The Cars were the first groups I latched onto for a taste of something different to what we were being fed on US radio in the late seventies. The Cars: Let the Stories Be Told by @billjanovitz.bsky.social is a fascinating account of the band's twisted and troubled history.
