The average retirement savings for Americans who are close to retirement is $537,560. Typical retirement funds are invested in S&P 500 Mutual funds. Since Trump took office, the S&P is down over 2%. Those retirement accounts are down around $11,000 YTD. Thanks MAGA for Trump.
